My dream flies on hawke wings
Giving meaning to me, when my day begins.
My dream flies with me so near
I can even think she's really here.
My dream flies free, with no chain, in the sky
But lies bound to me, as bound am I.

My dream and me live side by side
And yet we haven't got but a glance
To look as lovers do, into our eyes.
And what is that moment if it's not the chance
For Pain to come another time...such is our cursed romance.
Yesterday I saw the movie LADYHAWKE, which is one of my favourites...I always loved the charachters and how the love story is developed.
I thought of writing some poetry in French, but I cannot speak it so well :D

I took inspiration from the sequence in which Navarre in wolf form has been rescued and lies wounded by Isabeau's side. Dawn comes, and for a glance, before Isabeau turns to her hawk form, she and Navarre can almost touch their hands...
I always cry so much when I see this part of the movie, it's too romantic and tragic.

Great movie
